The Washington School Library offers personalized library cards. They cost $0.25.
Library Card Design
On the right is is the 2010 design. In the order form under type, put 2010. Below is the 2010 design. In the order form please put 2010 for type. Your card can have a themed picture instead of the books, or you can just have the books.
Bookmark Library Cards
The picture on the left is the 2009 Bookmark design. In the order form, put 2009B for type. This design was designed for 2008 but was never produced. It is designed to be a bookmark. You can have a theme on this one like the others. And yes, we know the joke is corny.
Library Card Order Form
You can order library cards here if you want to. You can also order them in the Library. You can also download an order form on the File Archive page. You cannot receive your card until you pay the $0.25. In the order form, include your name, which design you want, your student ID number, and your theme (if you want one). Come to the library to pick them up.
